2 Reviews of the Caister 5
By: KampaPanda Reason: I own(ed) one Made in: 2013 Rating:
I bought the 5 berth over the 4 version as my wife and I are able to stand up inside, yet still easy to pitch and strike. Also as it doesn't have a sown in ground sheet its easier to dry when you get home. I agree with Ruth and Andy that 5 people would have to be very good friends - more of a 2/3 in comfort. Would be a ten if it had a rain safe door

I bought this for us as a couple to use on weekend breaks. We used it for the first time this weekend. It was easy to put up and was just what we needed. Having said that I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 people. The living area is tight for space and we only took minimal gear for the weekend , and the sleeping area would not sleep 5 unless you laid side by side on the floor. We had our double bed in it and had just enough space either side to get in and out.
